Georg K. Hill
Georg K. Hill is a highly accomplished relationship strategist and national engagement professional with over 20 years of experience in advising Mayors and local government officials on their national agenda priorities. His expertise lies in amplifying national relationships to ensure that local cities receive federal funding in their respective communities. As the founder of govconnect consulting services, LLC., Georg is dedicated to creating intentional strategic plans to build successful C-suite teams for new Mayors, helping them establish strong leadership teams. Prior to establishing his consultancy, Georg served as a senior advisor and a key member of former three-term Mayor Michael B. Hancock's senior leadership team in Denver.
Candace L. Byrd
Candace L. Byrd entered the public sector
and served as the Chief Public Defender for the City Court of Atlanta as well as the Director of
the Office of the Public Defender for the Municipal Court of Atlanta. Following her service in the Public Defender’s Office, former Mayor Kasim Reed appointed her as Chief of Staff of the City of Atlanta. She was responsible for providing advice and guidance to the Mayor on legislative and political issues and served as liaison to the public and private sectors in fostering partnerships and the development of revenue generating initiatives.
Peter C. Groff
The Honorable Peter C. Groff is the Co-Founder, Co-Director, and Senior Visiting Lecturer in the University of Redlands Master of Public Policy and Administration (MPPA) program. He is also the Principal and Chief Strategist at MCG2 Consulting, LLC. Senator Groff is a noted public policy innovator, national policy and political analyst, and leadership lecturer. Peter has held senior-level positions at all three government levels and has more than 35 years of public service, policy, and political experience.
Before creating the MPPA program and beginning his consulting firm, Senator Groff served as the 47th President of the Colorado State Senate. He was the first and only African American in Colorado to ascend to the post, and only the third, at the time, African American in the nations
history to hold the gavel as State Senate President.
Jordan Sauers
Jordan Sauers is a highly accomplished and innovative professional known for their exceptional leadership skills and meticulous attention to detail. With a proven track record of delivering results, Jordan thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments and consistently meets challenging deadlines. Their expertise lies in designing,
managing, and executing high-quality programs and events with precision. As a seasoned program manager, community organizer, and passionate public speaker, Jordan has a strong history of coordinating large groups and working with youth programs. She possesses outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, allowing them to build and maintain relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and at all levels of influence. Jordan possesses a unique ability to craft and implement actionable strategies to achieve short-term and long-term goals, making them valuable assets in any endeavor.

Hancock is a globally recognized and respected civic leader with more than three decades of executive leadership experience, most recently serving three terms as Mayor of The City and County of Denver, Colorado. Hancock currently serves as CEO and Founder of Hancock Global Services, LLC (HGS). Hancock leverages a proven track record of sound fiscal and organizational management, global business development, and capital planning, with an ability to convene key stakeholders to broker successful outcomes and relationship building. He has the vision to see what is possible and the experience to identify the most direct path to achieve it.
